Conscious, connected energy breathing is an intuitive, connected, gentle breathing rhythm, a very enlightening and beautiful experience.
We will learn techniques to maintain and recover our life energy, to maintain lasting health and happiness.
This Four day intensive facilitator training retreat is going to demonstrate this breathing technique, and is also the foundation to becoming a breathing guide for other people.
We will practice a daily routine with earth, air, water and fire and mastering our emotional mind to better connect with the divine power and our creativity.
Personal Energy Amplification, Creative thinking, Prosperity, Holistic Health, Physical immortality and Personal & Professional success are some of the topics.
A personal connection to infinite intelligence, infinite energy and infinite manifestation grants success and happiness.
The purpose of this training is to learn about rebirthing breath work for personal use and to learn to initiate others in this breathing technique

Syllabus &Sessions 
Regaining  rejoicing breath 4-5 dry breath sessions-establishes soft ,easy, tranquil, natural, tender breaths

Earth breathing- to enhance patience, forbearance, unconditional love 7 clear claustro phobia-fear of closed place, congestion ,suffocation during public speaking, to improve stability, centeredness

Fire Breathing- to improve detachment in attachment, non judgmental nature, deep emotional cleansing, witness consciousness etc

Water (warm & cold water )REBIRHING breathing sessions- to increase the flexibility; fluidity, floating nature; to cleanse fluid like emotions, sexual blocks…to cure joint pains

SPACE rebirthing – to feel the oneness, unlimited multidimensional nature
Vision Quest- to increase awareness & inner eye intuitive wisdom

Art of DYEING- helps us to understand what happens during death, how to leave the bodies consciously & the art of merging with higher self consciousness and reversal of this process helps us to bring that divine wisdom into the subtle bodies & physical realm. This helps us banish our fear of death.

PHYSICAL IMMORTALITY- is not staying years together in this physical body but staying purposefully in this physical till  we complete our purpose of life. understanding the purpose of life, aligning our thought, word & deed in unison with helps us to finish our life work & can leave the body at will.
As breath & life are interlinked regaining rejuvenated  breath prolongs our intentional journey of life.

From early morning-Fasting on liquids only tea, juices, water) and silence, spending the day with an open fire

Methodology
All topics will be dealt with in detail through lectures com¬bined with demonstrations, hands-on practice sessions, and interactive sessions. All techniques will be practically demonstrated by Dr. Hari Kumar on randomly selected participants who volunteer. After each demonstration, participants are divided into groups, and each participant will be given a hands-on session by the other group mates. A wide range of audio-video multimedia presentations on related topics would also be presented during this training program to give participants the best possible information and enrich their overall experience

The schedule might be subject to change according to the needs and priorities of the group

Please bring: sleeping bag or blankets for the outside experience of our vision quest (spending time with a fire in nature)

Part Two:
This is a one-day non-residential evaluation that will be conducted after a gap of one year after Part One.
During this one-year, the participants should do the following:
update their knowledge by reading the recommended literature
Complete at least 10 Past-Life-Regression cases (each subject/client is one case).
Document the above cases in the prescribed format given in the guidelines and submit at least ten case studies two months before the evaluation date.
The evaluation consists of: 
Theory Examination (2 Hours)
Presentation of Case Studies – Each participant will have to present the details of one case (that is selected by the panel from the ten cases submitted) to the panel and audience (consisting of other participants).
Evaluation & Certification

Methodology

After each demonstration, participants are divided into pairs and each participant will have a hands-on session with his/her partner wherein they practice the technique on each other. A wide range of audio-video multimedia presentations on related topics would also be presented during this training program to give participants the best possible information and enrich their overall experience.
